I have often been asked how to choose an emotional treatment:
Which approach is best? Which professional?
Go to individual therapy? Go as a couple? Find a group? Each option has its own magic.
their forms and depend on the moment and the needs of each person

Individual therapy

Integrating the approach of dynamic-psychoanalytic therapy
with cognitive behavioral methods.
Individual therapy at the center invites everyone
to a subjective, unique, complex and profound process.
There are no magic and immediate solutions,
but options, processes and growth

Couples therapy

This approach invites us to explore, understand and contain the complexity of a relationship, seeking that which will restore balance, build,
create new links and from there achieve acceptance and resolution.
The couple is the patient, this is the basis.
from the beginning propose a unity, even if it is in crisis and even if there is
threat of dissolution. Couples therapy at the center
It is inclusive and respectful, also giving rise to its subjectivity as such

Group therapy

Group therapy is a relevant and efficient option like individual therapy.
It differs in its approach and support, but it undoubtedly has its great benefits and advantages. The approach is also integrative, and it invites us to jointly explore, contain, and seek solutions, solutions, and relief.

At the center we currently offer 4 different therapy groups:
1- Group for women suffering from postpartum depression
2- Group for people with difficulty conceiving
3- Group for adults focused on "burnout"
4- Youth group focused on relationships
