My Philosophy
and Commitment
"And once the storm is over, you won’t remember how you made it through, how you managed to survive. You won’t even be sure, in fact, whether the storm is really over. But one thing is certain: when you come out of the storm, you won’t be the same person who walked in." Haruki Murakami
Is therapy necessary for everyone?
Of course not. But, without a doubt, it is a "game changer." This isn't just scientifically proven; after more than 20 years of experience, I can affirm that therapy resolves, transforms, and, in many cases, saves lives.
It is a vital resource for:
-
Navigating crises and grief.
-
Healing wounds and strengthening identity.
-
Reducing anxiety and rising from depression.
-
Making decisions, moving forward, and living with greater fulfillment.
My Approach
I have developed an integrative approach, tailoring methodologies to the unique needs of each person and situation. My practice is grounded in clinical research and evidence, driven by the conviction that a therapist must never stop studying or exploring the labyrinths of the mind—both the conscious and the unconscious.
The Therapeutic Encounter
I believe deeply in the inner wisdom of every individual. To me, therapy is an accompaniment: a reflection and a joint search for that which has been dimmed, hidden, or dormant. It is there that we find not only answers but also the capacity to acknowledge uncertainty and helplessness—allowing the act of naming them to help us let go and lighten the load.
Freud said that life is full of pain, falls, and loss; but it is also made of creativity, dreams, and passions. It is at that intersection—between the weight of reality and the desire to live fully—where the magic of therapy happens.
It takes courage and humility to begin this process, both for the one seeking help and the one
who accompanies them.
I invite you to begin this journey together.
